The Inside of the All Hallows Eve Tree Graveyard and Boutique

One of the best parts of the modern era of Universal (~2016 to present) is the assortment of themed shopping that we get! Of course, that includes our favorite HHN tribute store but also the summer, Mardi Gras and Christmas ones. Lately especially they've been so packed with details including sometimes just details but sometimes hints for what's to come next! And that brings us to today's topic: the latest details in the current Christmas store in IOA: All Hallows Eve Tree Graveyard and Boutique and how they connect to HHN! Let's start in the internet's favorite list format:

  1. Wyandot County

The county referenced in the entrance banner? Wyandot County, home to Carey, Ohio which of course is the pseudo-location for a whole host of HHN originals.

  1. H.R. Bloodengutz

Speaking of Carey, OH, we see a sticker for a local TV personality. That being H.R. Bloodengutz who hosted the television show listed on the sticker before he went postal in the H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: Holidays of Horror house from 2011.

  1. Past HHN Posters

Next up we see a couple of posters for HHNs in the past, the first being Fright Nights in 1991, the original HHN and the second being HHN 2 in 1992.

  1. Oddfellow and Jack

They're tough to see with how faded and torn up they are (by design) but we can see Oddfellow and Jack posters for their respective acts. Also, peep the 2001 Eddy map cover in the Jack picture.

  1. PsychoScareapy: Home for the Holidays

And finally, in my opinion the coolest of the references is this Shadybrook agenda for a patient field trip. This is of course, a reference to the well received PsychoScareapy: Home for the Holidays house from 2007which featured an asylum van crashing into a neighborhood around Christmas.

Do these references mean anything for what's to come next year at HN? Likely not but man, would I like to see Bloodengutz come back. I unfortunately didn't get to see him in 2011 and only ran through Scarey in 2021 a couple times. Would love to see a sequel house of his. But we'll see as the rumor mill starts to heat up next year!
